Poor service
Poor customer service all the way around. Bought a lunchbox online for my son. Turned out to be OOS and didn't get the email. I emailed them and they said they sent me one and asked if I wanted a refund ir wait the 4 or 5 days until the next shipment. We waited. Nearly 3 weeks later, I emailed 4-6 times to see where it was. Still OOS. I asked for a refund twice and no communication. I called and the guy answered the phone, "what" so I hung up. After emailing yet again that I was going to the bank to get my refund they decided to email me back and say they came back in stock the day before and wanted to know if they should still ship it. They did and not even the courtesy to expedite it considering it was about a month long process. In the beginning they were great but I'll do business with them again.
