How do I return an item?

- We accept returns or exchanges within 21 days, Online returns for Helmets must be returned within 14 days.
- Please e-mail us at info@leatherboundonline.com for a return authorization number.
- Please provide us with the following:
- Order number
- Name and number of item being returned or exchanged.
- Size needed (if exchanging)
- Your name and contact information.
- Reason for return or exchange
- All unauthorized returns or returns received after the return policy will be charged a 15% restocking fee or refused.
- All items must be UNWORN, UNUSED, and must include all original tags and packaging still attached. Product boxes can not be used as shipping boxes, these items must be placed in a proper shipping box. Any item returned without packing, tags etc. will either be refused or subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%.
- Returns required prior authorization, at that time we will give you a RA number you MUST place on the outside of the box.
- Shipping costs are non refundable. We are not responsible for return shipping charges. Customer pays any return shipping charges.
- Refused, or undelivered packages returned to us will be charged a restocking fee of 15%
- Orders placed from costume companies or like companies may be refused or subject to a re-stocking fee for any returned merchandise at our discretion.
- Damages, missing parts etc. must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Email photos of damage to info@leatherboundonline.com
- Leather Bound does not offer any warranty however many items come with a manufacturer warranty.
- Discounted Helmets, Eyewear, Masks, Custom Cut Leather Belts & custom made orders are not returnable or exchangeable.
- All returns must include the following information:
- Copy of invoice or invoice number.
- E-mail address used to place order.
- Reason for returning items.
- Detailed information on what you are exchanging for.
- Return authorization number.
- Returns take up to 1 full billing cycle to be refunded and reflected on your account. Exchanges are generally processed within 1-4 days after received.
*Orders qualifying for Free Shipping, that are returned or partially returned, will have the original shipping fee deducted from the return if all or part of the merchandise returned brings the total below the qualifying price for free shipping. Please note any free merchandise/promotional items we included in your order is expected back in the event you return your purchase for a refund. If we do not receive them back, the product cost will be subtracted from your refund.*

- Exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase
- Store credit only or exchange with original receipt
- All tags and packaging must be attached to the item
- All items must be unworn and can not smell of smoke, pets or perfume
- Helmets, custom cut belts and sunglasses are FINAL SALE, non-returnable or exchangeable
- No credit back to cards and no cash refunds, store credit or exchange only
- *In-store purchases for Christmas gifts from November 21 until December 24 can be exchanged in-store until January 10 with receipt.
