Communication
When I ordered the patches there was not any notification that the patches were on backorder. After waiting a month I started emailing to find out what was going on since I haven't received or heard anything. Then it took several emails to finally find out that the patches were on backorder due to a late shipment that they were waiting for. Finally received the patches three months after they were ordered. The communication about the patches was lacking on their part.
