*Please note we are suspending order to any country in the European Union. **New customs rules Starting March 1, 2023 apply to all outbound international packages going to European countries that follow EU customs regulations. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
We currently accept verified PayPal payments for all international orders only. We do not accept international credit cards, any order attempted with a international credit card will be automatically declined by our server.
*Please note we can not ship Minnetonka Moccasins and any item from Double-H, Carolina, Dan-Post, Laredo, Dingo, Henschel Hat, and First MFG that is marked "Online Only Style" can not be shipped internationally.
We ship international to select countries only, if your country is not listed on the drop down box you can e-mail us at info@leatherboundonline.com and inquire about shipping to your country.
Currently we ship to the following countries:
Canada, Australia, The United Kingdom, Mexico, and most of Europe.
- International orders may take up to 5 days to ship as all international orders will ship complete and we may need to collect items from different locations to ship.
- Please allow up to 3-6 weeks for delivery of your item, transit times can vary due to customs clearance times.
- There may be additional customs or taxes charged by your importing country upon delivery. You are responsible for these charges.
- We can not mark "GIFT" on customs forms and we will not alter the price on customs forms.
- All international orders over $150 require insurance and may be sent with signature confirmation if available.
- We reserve the right to cancel any international order of which we can not verify the address or payment.
International Shipping Time
International transit times can vary greatly depending on you location and the time of year. We can not guarantee a delivery date for any international orders as packages can be held up in customs.
International Returns
- International orders are considered FINAL SALE. Our USA return & exchange policy does not apply to international orders.
- International buyers are encouraged to contact us for any sizing questions, we will supply measurements and sizing information.
- Any international order that is marked "refused" or "return to sender" will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and the shipping charges are non-refundable.
