Easy-to-follow guidelines for online and in-store returns. Know your options and make your return or exchange hassle-free.

Online Return Policy

We accept online returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Helmets must be returned within 14 days.

  • Email info@leatherboundonline.com for returns or exchanges.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and include all original tags and packaging.
  • Product boxes cannot be used as shipping boxes; use proper packaging.
  • Unauthorized or late returns may incur a 15% restocking fee or be refused.
  • Items returned without proper tags or packaging may incur a 50% restocking fee.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable; customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Refused or undelivered packages returned to us will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
  • Free shipping returns will have original shipping fee deducted if total falls below free shipping threshold.

Damages & Missing Parts

Report within 48 hours of delivery. Email photos to info@leatherboundonline.com.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale:

  • Discounted helmets
  • Eyewear
  • Masks
  • Custom cut belts
  • Custom-made orders

Return Instructions

  • Include a copy of the invoice or invoice number
  • Email address used for purchase
  • Reason for return
  • Details of exchange item (if applicable)
  • Return authorization number

Returns may take up to 1 full billing cycle to be posted and applied to your account. If you do not see your refund after 1 billing cycle, please contact us by email at info@leatherboundonline.com.

Holiday & Free Shipping Notes

  • Free shipping returns will have original shipping fee deducted if total falls below free shipping threshold.
  • Free/promotional items must be returned; otherwise, their value will be deducted from refund.
  • Holiday orders (Nov 21 – Dec 23) can be returned/exchanged until Jan 21.

Before returning any item, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • Provide: Order number, item number/name, size needed (if exchanging), your name & contact info, reason for return/exchange

Important: Place your RA number on the outside of your return package.

Until further notice, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Facemasks
  • Bandannas
  • Sunglasses
  • Custom cut leather belts
  • Custom-made orders

Final Sale Items: Helmets, eyewear, masks, face-wear, custom cut belts, and sunglasses are non-returnable/exchangeable.

Other items:

  • Exchange or store credit within 14 days of in-store purchase
  • Store credit or exchange only; original receipt required
  • All tags and packaging must be attached
  • Items must be unworn and free from smoke, pet, or perfume odors

Holiday in-store returns (Nov 21 – Dec 24) can be exchanged in-store until Jan 10 with receipt.
