Love Love Love my helmet!!! It did take longer than I had expected to arrive but when I called to check the status on it whomever the young lady was that I spoke to did inform me that it was on back order, she was very pleasant and did offer to refund my money but I opted to wait a little longer due to wanting that specific helmet and I did receive it @ 1-2 weeks afterwards.
