    Vest was as advertised except - I ordered a 3X - The vest I received has a 3X tag, but does not fit me at all, could not close the vest WITHOUT a jacket under it. I believe this vest to be a 1X. The lapels are not wide enough for Club ID Patches. Suggest you add the lapel dimensions to your measurements
